Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with 1,000 requests per day across basic endpoints. No credit card or payment required to start.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime through your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Usage is prorated.
What happens if I exceed my rate limit?
Requests beyond your rate limit receive a 429 Too Many Requests response with a Retry-After header. You can either upgrade your plan, wait for the window to reset, or enable Pay-As-You-Go overage billing.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Annual plans receive a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. That is $278/year for Starter, $758/year for Pro, and $3,350/year for Enterprise. Toggle the annual switch above to see annual pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?

How does Pay-As-You-Go pricing work?
Buy prepaid credit packages ($5 to $500). Each API call consumes credits based on the endpoint weight: standard endpoints cost 1 credit, premium endpoints cost 2-5 credits. Credits never expire.
What counts as one API request?
Each HTTP call to any API endpoint counts as one request toward your daily quota. Endpoint weights (1x to 5x) only apply to PAYG credit consumption, not to plan quotas.
Is there an enterprise or custom plan?
Yes. For high-volume needs, custom indicators, dedicated infrastructure, or on-premise deployment, contact our sales team for a tailored solution with SLA guarantees.
Can I use the API for commercial products?
Yes. All paid plans allow commercial use. API responses contain no TickAtlas branding, making them suitable for white-label products. Enterprise plans include additional legal protections.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. PAYG credits are non-refundable but never expire. Contact support within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
